Enjoyable stay in the city

Very friendly and nice stay, right in the city, we just parked the car and enjoyed the walk proximity to everything. Quiet and chill location. We got very detailed and precise instructions how to get to the apartment, which really saved time on the way there. Well equipped house

The owners live in the same building, it wouldn’t be detached villa experience but it was quiet and nice stay

Nice coastal vacation stay

Great location, dedicated parking space, easy to find. Close to the beach and town center on foot. Well-equipped and clean. Good internet. Self check in with a key locker, and the host was there as well to greet us and advise us on things to do. He did not speak any English, but was handy with Google Translate on the phone. Nice sunny terrace.

relax vista mare con tutti i comfort

splendido terrazzo soleggiato vista mare, attrezzato e con ping pong. Casa silenziosa dotata di tutti i beni di prima necessità: tisane, caffè, zucchero, olio, aceto, sale, pepe, spezie, detersivi, nutella, tostapane, bollitore, forno tradizionale e microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ... non manca nulla. Comodo posto auto privato di fronte all'ingresso. In pochi passi attraverso un giardino pubblico si arriva alla spiaggia e al centro del paese. Di sera possibilità di ordinare pizze con consegna a domicilio. Accoglienza ottima. I proprietari abitano al piano di sopra, disponibilissimi per ogni necessità

Polecam mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone z kuchnią, klimatyzacja, bezpieczny parking. Przyjemna okolica, niedaleko autostrada i łatwy dojazd do lotniska i Genui. Z mieszkania widać morze słychać fale. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny i pomocy.

Casa molto fornita di utensileria, detersivi, eventuali condimenti, spezie, Wi-Fi free, ecc. Anche se noi non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina per i pasti principali, ma solo per colazione.

Mancanza di un divanetto per guardare la TV nella stanza principale e mancanza di una TV nella camera da letto.

Perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt im schönen Cogoleto

Der Parkplatz war dank des vorab vom Besitzer gesendeten Videos gut zu finden, das Wenden ist mit größeren Fahrzeugen etwas schwierig, aber machbar. Den Hausschlüssel erhielt ich aus dem Schlüsselkasten und konnte mich sogleich über die riesige Sonnenterrasse freuen. Das Appartment selbst betritt man durch die große Wohnküche, welche über einen großen Esstisch, Backofen, TV, Mikrowelle, Kühl- sowie Gefrierschrank und Spülmaschine sowie Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf wie Gewürze und Kaffeepulver verfügt. Der auf den Bildern abgebildete Kamin ist nur Deko. Der Herd funktioniert etwas träge. Auch Steckdosen gibt es nicht allzu viele.Auch die Auswahl an geschirr könnte größer sein, so gab es kein Salatbesteck und nur 1 Sieb, auch keine Holzbrettchen. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett mit sehr bequemer Matratze, zudem ist ein zusammengeklapptes Bett für 2 weitere Gäste an der Wand befestigt. Im Badezimmer befinden sich Dusche (Whirlpoolfunktion defekt), Bidet, Toilette und Waschmaschine. Ich fand es an den Regentagen nicht so nderlich warm, was aber vielleicht daran lag, dass ich die Klimaanlage falsch bedient habe. Die Sonnenterrasse ist toll, aber leider an Regentagen nicht nutzbar, da es keine Überdachung gab. Betörend der Duft der Orangenblüten beim Sitzbereich. Leider habe ich keine Sitzpolster im haus gefunden. Der Vermieter war superfreundlich und erkundigte sich regelmäßig, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Der Hund durfte kostenlos übernachten! Die Ortsmitte und den Coop erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß, am Meer ist man in 5 Minuten. Für Hundespaziergänge finden sich genügend Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Teilweise war das W-Lan etwas träge, ansonsten alles perfekt.

Casa vivibile anche per settimane con tutto il necessario e anche di più. Zona esterna grande e molto ben attrezzata. La vista mare è stupenda. Nonostante sia a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, la casa è molto silenziosa e i rumori del traffico non arrivano. Il parcheggio auto privato completa il tutto. Rinaldo è un padrone di casa disponibile e cortese. Davvero una persona squisita

Appartamento pulito e con parcheggio a disposizione

La casa ha un bel terrazzo grande che ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori viste le temperature miti di questi giorni. Dal vivo è molto meglio delle foto. Tutto pulitissimo e i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno messo a disposizione le biciclette gratuitamente e il parcheggio a disposizione per l'appartamento completa il tutto. Comodissimo. Dato che in Liguria si sa parcheggiare è difficoltoso. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci torneremo.
