Location! In the centre of town! Luxurious. Can’t compare to other apartments. A cut above the rest! Host fantastic. Quick to answer questions. Renato did everything possible to make our stay unforgettable! He spoiled is with Champagne, special gift for me and more!

A pleasant stay!

The apartment in reality looked even better than at pics. Spacious and cosy. The host is amazing! We got a warm welcome with small souvenirs and a bottle of Prosecco. It was such a pleasant surprise! Also there was nice tea, some fruit, biscuits which we also appreciated a lot. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was in a beautiful area.

The apartment a bit lacks light, but it’s not a huge problem. Also it’s a bit noisy as there are bars outside right below.

Renato was very helpful and it was clear he and his wife care deeply about the property and the guest experience. He explained all features of the property, a homemade guidebook to Savona and surrounding, and provided a welcome treat/snack.

Looked like the pictures! Was excellent!

It's an entire apartment. It's spacious. The AC works excellently. The view was fun of the shops down below. The location, while further from the train station, was so perfect for all our outings and exploring. It was very quiet. We slept without ear plugs. The curtains were great to keep out the light and let us sleep as long as we would like. It was so clean! The shower was large enough for my 250 pound 6 foot 4 inch husband to fit in comfortably. We appreciated the shower wand too. I was given a sweet gift from the owner and a letter. There were snacks, a large bottle of water, and a bottle of wine included. The owner communicated easily and quickly. I never worried about contacting them for anything. They graciously held our bags after checkout as we had a little more exploring to do before we left for the next town. The owner includes a book of recommendations which was so helpful and appreciated. The apartment LOOKED like the pictures! It's just as we hoped it would be! To note: just as other cities in Italy, Savona has a tax/fee for staying there that is paid in Euros upon arrival. Our assistant host kindly showed us a secure ATM upon arrival as we had not gotten cash out yet. Also expect them to need pictures of your passports and it'll be helpful to have the WhatsApp app.

The space between the bed and the closet is tight and if you're not focusing on the space every time, you will hit your shin on the bed frame. I did it twice at least. My husband did once as well. To note: the water pressure was lower in the shower. I have thicker hair so it took me longer than usual to finish.

It was such a pleasure to return to this beautiful apartment after our cruise. We really appreciated the little touches like the fruit, water and breakfast items especially as we had an early flight the next day. Thank you Renato for another lovely stay

Accoglienza eccezionale del gestore, che ci ha istruito di persona su tutto quanto. Ottima sistemazione in stabile signorile nel centro storico di Savona, con anche possibilità di avere un box. Appartamento tenuto benissimo, pulitissimo e tranquillo. Una scelta davvero ottimale.

Host gentile e disponibile. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua ,the e caffè a disposizione con alcune mele e merende. Casa piccola con l'essenziale . Posizione centrale, ottima per il pala crociere,a soli 3 minuti a piedi .

Tolles, super ausgestattetes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Die Unterkunft war wirklich hervorragend – bestens ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wirklich an alles gedacht war und es musste nichts extra besorgt werden. Wir wurden superherzlich empfangen, es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles in Ruhe zu zeigen. Außerdem standen schon Basics bereit, wie Frühstücksutensilien, Butter, eine Flasche Sekt, Kaffeekapseln und Tee sowie sogar Spaghetti und Tomatensauce..perfekt, falls man direkt ankommt und Hunger hat. Und es gab auch eine kleine Überraschung für uns Mädels. Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gepflegt, so wie man es sich wünscht. Lediglich ein paar kleine Krümel im Kühlschrank waren wohl übersehen worden. Im Treppenhaus gibt es einen leichten Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit, doch davon ist im Apartment selbst nichts zu bemerken. Andere Apartment-Besitzer sollten sich hier wirklich eine Scheibe abschneiden, denn genau so sollte es immer sein!

Kein wirklicher Negativpunkt: Man sollte sich im Klaren sein, dass die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage etwas eng ist, wie auch schon andere Gäste zuvor geschrieben haben. Allerdings wirkt es so, als hätten dennoch auch größere Autos hineingefunden. Mit unserer A-Klasse hat es jedenfalls gut funktioniert (auch wenn wir dennoch etwas ängstlich waren). Und: Direkt unterhalb des Schlafzimmerfensters befindet sich ein Burgerladen mit Bar, die unter der Woche bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat. Dort läuft etwas lautere Musik, was man im Zimmer hören kann.

Fantastische Unterkunft

Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit sind top. Das Apartment war neu und mit Klimageräten ausgestattet. Eine Flasche Sekt stand zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen Lift. Der Eingangsbereich ist gross genug für einen Kinderwagen. Es gab einen Safe. Die Vermieter haben die wichtigsten Informationen in einem sehr schön gestalteten Buch zusammengefasst. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.

Soggiorno impeccabile.

Renato, l’host, è gentilissimo ed accogliente, ci ha aspettati fuori dall’edificio ed accompagnati fino nella sua bellissima casa dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie. La posizione è centralissima, l’appartamento nuovo è pulitissimo, più di quello che ci si può aspettare e superiore alla media al giusto prezzo. Sicuramente torneremo!!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Heerlijk verblijf in mooie oude centrum!

Locatie direct in het mooie oude centrum. Mooie afgesloten parkeergarage voor de motorfiets. Heel schoon en aardige ontvangstpresentjes. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame ontvangst tot zelfs tot 2x toe want ik kwam later met de motor en werd opgewacht en naar de garage gebracht.

Apartamento genial y un gran anfitrión

El apartamento estaba genial y todo muy nuevo: salón comedor muy amplio con TV plana (Netflix incluido), cociná equipada (aunque faltaba microondas), cuarto principal con cama muy amplia y cómoda (con sábanas y edredones de sobra, todo muy limpio), baño genial, ubicación inmejorable... El anfitrión fue encantador, muy agradable y dispuesto.

No había microondas, el sofá cama era un poco duro y tuvimos que lavar los platos antes de usarlos porque estaban un poco aceitosos. Por lo demás, todo de 10.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero positiva. L’appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La disposizione degli spazi è molto funzionale e la posizione è ideale, con tutti i principali punti di interesse raggiungibili a piedi (infatti, nonostante la centralità, la zona è tranquilla). Un altro grande punto a favore è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario, Renato, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e presente in caso di necessità. Sicuramente tornerò! Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato.

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich in Empfang genommen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet! Gastgeber haben ein Buch mit ganz vielen Informationen zusammengestellt! Für die Gäste steht eine Flasche Prosecco, Früchte etc bereit!
