Great fun and enjoyable

I loved the simple yet comfortable location that was conveniently located to the centre of town and the beaches. I feel like I got a good taste of a small piece of Cornwall

It was just slightly inconvenient that we couldn't check in earlier in the day, since we had to carry our luggage around for most of the say as a result.

Really lovely stay, the apartment has been done up so well and it is really well equipped.

Really lovely, modern and clean apartment, perfect for a two person stay. Equipped with everything we needed which was great.

The only things we thought could be better were the fridge, it was really tiny and we didn't have much to put in but even that was a struggle, could be great to upgrade it as some of our items started to freeze too, even the juice we had in the door of the fridge. The ventilation is poor when its hot as the only thing we could open was the front door which was a bit awkward when people kept walking past the front of the house and we wanted some privacy.

Amazing, clean, comfortable & modern!

Such a beautiful studio. Modern, clean, comfortable and close to the beach (10min walk). The host, although away, was quick to respond and lovely about all enquiries. We both had a lovely stay and will be back very soon, i am very sure. Good value for money! :)

A good base with parking to access St Ives.

Location was good and facilities were clean. A fan was provided which helped in the hot weather. Having a parking space was brilliant.

Could do with a back window so that you can have air flow through the property. An extractor fan is not enough even with a separate fan running in hot weather. Surround of bathroom door needs replacing at bottom by shower. Would be nice to have TV connected to aerial for normal viewing.

We had a perfectly comfortable stay with good facilities and parking . Very clean but small

The property is clean and compact with a comfortable bed and nice white bedding and towels . Fridge,iron , hairdryer and crockery etc were perfect. Parking outside door is great .

There wasn’t much hanging space , luckily cases fitted under bed. Some coat hooks by entrance door and in the bathroom for hand towel and toiletry bags would have been helpful . It’s very small as is a converted single garage .

There were no windows - and no through draft xx so at night once the glass sliding doors were closed there was absolutely no air in the room - the fan supplied was too noisy to sleep with There was no outside sitting area or a place or line / drying rack to leave a beach towel / or wet costume to dry so I just hung mine outside the front door on the road side on the stools from inside

Delightful

Great value for money and very comfortable, had everything we needed and felt very at home here.

Tiny bit of noise from the main house on the first night but it wasn’t an issue really. We are active enough that the steep hill from the centre of town to the property wasn’t too much of a problem but if you had issues with mobility it would be more difficult as it is quite steep and the pavements aren’t consistent. Just making this more clear on the booking advert might be an idea.

Although the property is very clean and modern is extremely small. In essence, it’s Very small. It’s probably a repurposed integral garage so the whole bedsit is the size of a single garage (the footprint is that of an average family saloon) so very small

Great option if you need somewhere to sleep in St Ives however the room and bed are small

Neat and clean

Room was a bit cold and there was no control for the radiator. There was a selection of teas but no coffee and no bin bag for rubbish. The back door had opaque glass and was locked so there was no view of St Ives and the room looked into the drive / road

Vertical blinds would have been better at the large window. Not comfortable with the main window being uncovered but other than that excellent. Would definitely stay again and would, and have recommended to friends an family.

Clean, modern and comfortable garage coversion in the high hill of St. Ives.

Nice Job converting you Garage to a Studio. Available to book at short notice.

Without a car, difficult to reach as need to climb hill. Maybe a pick up service from the station would make all the difference. Unable to delay checkout by a couple of hours and no possibility to leave kuggage for a few hours despite the Studio was adjunct to a big House with lots of space.
