Wonderful historic location in scenic countryside, apartments very clean, modern and unique.
The location was excellent, the building breathtaking, the views were beautiful. It had a separate shower which was useful. The staff were friendly that worked in the restaurant. Parking was good no restrictions plenty of space. If you want a quiet scenic location that’s a bit different this is for you.
It had limited kitchen facilities to cook with, no oven or microwave and only 2 hobs and no kettle, only a coffee percolator. I am a vegan and my hubby has food intolerances so we don’t eat out much.

Wonderful place, great host, modern apartment with most necessities available. Panoramic view. Great location away from the busy roads of Riva de Garda.
Big soap and shampoo in bathroom would be more sustainable than small samples. Kitchen equipment is fine but some items like a sieve and a fridge with freezer compartment would help. For people with mobility restrictions maybe not recommendable as there are many stairs up to the apartments.

Stunning location, fabulous apartment
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The building is beautifully restored and has great views. Very comfortable and modern on the inside yet historic and old on the outside. We’re in love with it. Staff was just super friendly and the restaurant an experience in itself.
The airconditioning didn’t really appear to do much.

Beautiful place
The setting is absolutely amazing, the rooms are integrated in a rock, the small balconies are exposed south, rooms are modern and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The best about it is nevertheless the Restaurant „La Berlera“ that is one of the best we have ever been too and the reason we are booking the rooms there when coming to the lake of Garda (restaurant and rooms do not belong together). Don’t worry, there is absolutely no noise to be heard from the restaurant in the rooms.
The bed/pillows are not extremely comfortable but absolutely ok.

Top Wohnung mit kleiner Küche in einer sehr schönem Haus und netter Umgebung. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Aussergewöhnliches Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist etwas abseits sodass ein Auto von Vorteil ist.

Goed verblijf in rustige omgeving
We zijn goed ontvangen door de host. Appartement was netjes, schoon en nieuw. We hadden het hoogste appartement met prachtig uitzicht vanaf ons balkon. In het restaurant bij het appartement kan je heerlijk eten.
In de volle zon kan het te warm zijn op het balkon. Er is geen mogelijkheid om schaduw te creëren.
