Never book this shabby hotel to avoid infections and diseases as it's unhygienic and a dirty place!

The sheets were not changed upon checkin and the previous sheets were just reused, so unhygienic and pathetic. The sheets were stained and torn everywhere. The kitchen and food was horrible to say the least. Such a dirty place. Bathroom showers and toilets were either leaking or had no water flow at all. We all (adults and kids) fell sick after staying there for 3 days. Stay far away from this horrible place and don't ever book this hotel and make the mistake we did

Service & hospitality

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

worst experience ever, dirty property, should be inspected and unlisted

it was one of worst experience ever. nothing was there which I could say, I liked

it was one of worst experience ever. I had my 7 members family and booked 4 rooms. we got our rooms after 3 hrs of checking in, first we were given a tiny room which was far different than my booking pictures. anyway, all 4 rooms were dirty, broken things, two beds were almost broken, my parents couldn’t sleep properly. I needed to beg for towels for everyone (worst). geyser was not working, bathrooms buckets were so dirty that nobody would not like to touch it. probably I never use booking.con in India or booking.con should unlist this property.

Early in the morning, We fighted with the staff for breakfast. I booked online and they can see that what i have booked.

Location is very easy to access

Check in counter staff were drunk and very slow in our check in process. There were lot of unmarried couples at scene for instant booking and they were quiet, because they don’t have many choice in the city.

Bedsheets were torn and unclean. Washroom had fungus all over the fittings and door knob. Pillows were untidy and torn as well. Staff was not properly trained
