We are very happy with the staff and staff are very supportive. The Manager who was with us (Chandan Singh). Everything was perfect.food is good .ambience is good in hotel .all the staff very supportive and hardworking.

The room were soo wrecked,and literally not up to the mark as shown on bookin.com , water bottle were not sealed, lift was not working . The whole hotel is not up to the mark , rooms gate are not totally closed

Staff behavior all drunked, unhygienic, no Toileteries no towel no AC working,,, low class maintenance,,,hourly cheap class time pass hotel,,, not suitable for family stay

Nothing except split AC
# No lift service for 2nd floor. # The room size is smaller than what I have booked / paid for. # I have booked 3 bedded extra large room. But they have provided two bedded room with queen sized bed which was too small in size. # My allotted room has been sold to other at the same time with a reason that lock is defective. # No wardrobe to keep cloths while stay. # Wash room is too small. # I want to pay back 50% cost of my stay otherwise I shall be lodge complaints.
