Room is comfortable and clean
The management is so bad. The hotel is in residential area so the main gate of the colony was locked after 10 p.m which we didn't informed and we have to walk for approx 3 to 4 km at night to reach the hotel. They didn't have any spare key or management for this issue also they behave rudely and said why are we late. That's very disappointing.

The Location and Cleanliness of the Place was up to mark.
There were no Lifts so my Parent in Law were facing issues as we have got rooms at 2nd floor. Stairs was only option. That should be highlighted by property for every visitor.
