This has to be the best apartment for a short stay in the heart of Uzes

The location is in the heart of Uzes, 97m away from La Place Aux Herbes. Thé archway to the Place is right across the road from the apartment. Great comfortable bed. Terrific facilities and decor . Parking nearby. Walk to absolutely everywhere in Uzes - shops and historic buildings etc Authentic apartment that's been beautifully renovated inside Diego is a terrific host - super communicative and helpful

l'emplacement du studio, une ville agréable pleine de lieux emblématiques , culturels et animée,des commerces de qualité et issue d'une histoire ancienne à découvrir.

Pas grand chose, peut-être le travail bruyant du lavage des trottoirs à 6h du matin, mais c'est pour l'anecdote, bruit d'ailleurs bien atténué par l'isolation du studio

Bien pour 1 nuit

Ils ne font pas le petit déj. Il y a plusieurs boulangeries très proches. Celle du parking fait des pains à l'ancienne.

2 points sont mal pensés : - le passage pour accéder à la salle d'eau fait 33 cms !.. - l'aspirateur est fixé au mur juste devant le MO. Résultat lorsque on veut ouvrir la porte du MO, on ne peut regarder dans le four.

Nosaltres hi hem passat una nit, que és el que necessitàvem però no ens hi hauríem estat més. Està a la segona planta d’un edifici antic i s’hi ha d’accedir per les escales. Els llençols estan molt vells i no son agradables de dormir-hi. Ens sembla vergonyós que el check in sigui a les 15h i el check out a les 10h, això si, si pagues 9€ o 15€ pots estar-hi una o dies hores més…

l'emplacement est super, lieu pour garer une voiture pratique en ville ,parfait pour 2 personnes qui veulent visiter Uzès qui est une ville magnifique sans avoir à chercher un emplacement pour se garer.

les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien mais malheureusement ce week-end a été particulièrement chaud et le système de clim et ventilateur sont insuffisants. Nous ne sommes jamais descendus en dessous de 30 degrés à l'intérieur, c'était donc difficile pour dormir. Mais c'est une période de canicule qui sévit...

Une très bonne adresse pour visiter Uzès et les environs

Le studio se situe au 2e étage d'une vieil immeuble en plein centre d'Alès, à 100 m de la place aux Herbes. Il est est bien équipé, propre et décoré avec goût. Possibilité de cuisiner. Salle de bain fonctionnelle, avec douche et vasque modernes. Présence d'une machine à laver (que nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser). Le parking, bien qu'un peu plus éloigné qu'annoncé, peut être appréciable. Étant là pour un dimanche et un jour férié, nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement dans la rue. La Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement et la box télé nous a permis de voir en replay nos émissions préférées.

L'escalier pour accéder au studio est vraiment très raide. Une deuxième serviette par personne serait souhaitable.

Appartement sur la rue principale, bien situé pour visiter Uzès, arrivée autonome.

Appartement donnant sur une rue très bruyante, peu d’équipement, lit très petit , règles strictes concernant le check out, départ imposé très tôt. Voiture loin de l’appartement, pas pratique avec les bagages.

Très bien

L’appartement est très bien placé et avec une place de parking à 3 minutes à pied et très pratique surtout sur Uzes. De plus à la place de parking il y a une boulangerie au top pour son pain et petit déjeuner. Il est très bien décoré et très fonctionnel et il est très propre et les hôtes sont très réactifs et explique tout très bien. Nous y sommes restés que 2 nuit mais si nous revenons passer plusieurs nuits sur Uzes nous le louerons sans hésiter !

Emplacement en plein centre de la ville à proximité immédiate de la place aux herbes.

Extrêmement bruyant même avec les fenêtres fermées. L’isolation phonique est à revoir totalement. La porte d’entrée claque fortement. Celle ci est située juste au dessous de l’appartement.
