About this house rental
Cozy apartment of 120 meters squared located in a very central condo with elevator, strategic position, 100 meters away from the lakeside and the main square of Colico. Within 250 meters from the property, you will find a variety of restaurants, pizza places, wine-bars, bakeries, grocery and fashion stores, as well as the train station and the touristic harbor within a couple of steps more. The apartment is also very close to different beaches and sports equipment rentals. The flat develops over two stories: the second floor and an attic. On the lower floor you will find a spacious open space living room connected to a terrace where you can spend relaxing moments enjoying the mountain views or a snap of the lake. The kitchen has just been renowned, it is well equipped offering: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, boiler, vast set of cutleries. Next to the living room you will find a master bedroom offering a super king bed; The room has a bathroom with bath-tub and bidet. On the upper floor, which is characterized by exposed wooden beams and skylights offering spectacular views of the northern lake Como and the mountains in particular Piz. Legnone, offers a comfortable master bedroom connected to a single double room. The upper floor is served by a bathroom with shower.

The appartment was very clean and neat, located very close to the lake, main plaza, good restaurants and a ferry. Franco and his wife Giusy warmly welcomed us and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Colico is a lovely quiet town we would love to come back.

Outstanding host and propriety! Very lovely , thoughtful and caring couple. Responded immediately to all questions . Location is great close to everything in town . Would go again and highly recommend !

Frank and Josie were very warm and extremely helpful. The property was exactly as advertised and pictured on the VRBO site including the small but cozy covered porch and the very short walk (100 meters) to the lake and piazza with coffee shops and other eateries. The apartment was perfectly clean, good air conditioning, and had all the necessary equipment. Colico is lovely but visitors should be aware that there are fewer sailings (and the fast boat broke down) so, ask the owners to get this and any other information for you - they will certainly help with a smile and Josie's espresso!

Franco communicated with us quickly, met us outside the building and showed us how everything in the apartment worked and where things were. The apartment has a pretty deck, big windows to see the mountains and down to the lake. The building was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Lots of space for the 6 of us. The upstairs loft was accessible by spiral staircase. Beautiful spot that we would love to stay at again.
