Close proximity to seaside and shops Once in flat decor and presentation was good. Good quality fixtures,bedding,towels etc. Nice bathroom with safety bath mat provided. Photos good likeness.

Lounge window wouldn’t close,ok as it was a heat wave but wouldn’t go back in colder months. Told management company but no response or action. Lounge window obscured by gull Pooh . Balcony,over statement, but allowed back door to be opened for air flow. Had to pass through two rather shabby stairwell and front garden neglected. Made me anxious not a good first impression.

Excellent location, right by the sea and close to restaurants and cafes. Easy to find. Generally clean and well kept. Comfortable sofa. Bathroom face cloths and shower gel etc was a nice touch. Grass 5 seconds away to take the dog for a morning/evening toilet.

The most uncomfortable bed of all time, to the point of not being able to sleep. 13.5 tog duvet, in July, shows no common sense. Zero hooks to hang your bath towel, hand towel or tea towel. Literally no where to hang any towel! Only 1 hook on the front door for coats. The worst thing is that there are multiple reviews about the bed and no hooks and still nothing has been done about it. Adding some hooks is a quick, inexpensive job so there’s really no excuse. The stairs as mentioned by others are very steep. There’s no mirror above the insanely high sink which would be helpful, there’s a mirror above the toilet though which you can’t get to because there’s a toilet in the way. You are asked to basically clean the apartment before leaving, strip bed and put in black bags, towels in black bags, antibac wipe down all surfaces, take rubbish out and put in outside bins. Apparently the bins instructions are in the manual, there was no manual we could find and no black bags provided.
