About this house rental
The Estate at Fly Creek is a destination... and a journey. From the windy road in, over rolling hills with rustic red barns, past wide open pastures of gorgeous horses... to the drive up Bedbug Hill where towering oak, elm and maple trees sway overhead, travelers are beckoned to slow down and to reconnect with the great outdoors.
Center stage of 335 acres sits the 9000 square foot home. Inside its' elegant entrance, a grand foyer points to each of the perfectly appointed quarters.
Two kitchens are to the north end, one commercial sized for grand parties, one more intimate for midnight snacks. Across the foyer, an exquisite living room welcomes with stunning scenes out each window. A stately clubroom with rich mahogany bar suits well as a refined backdrop for cocktail hour. The elegant fireplace beside soothing waters of the heated indoor pool invite early morning swim and yoga practice. Midday fun is found kayaking in the picturesque five acre spring-fed pond just beyond the barn. Time is made for a horse ride through miles of trails.
Evenings are surely for celebration... food prep a breeze in either of the well-equipped kitchens. Visiting chefs spoil and cater to families and friends. Finally, find each of eight suites has a grand roominess, privacy and the finest quality details.

This is an excellent place to stay with a few families. The property is beautiful, the views stunning, and it accommodates multiple families while still providing everyone their own space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food at home, there are outdoor activities for every age to enjoy, and it’s a 10-20min drive anywhere you need to go. Would highly recommend!

The house and property were spectacular and perfect for the 8 families that stayed here during a week at Cooperstown! Dan was amazing and super helpful during our entire stay!

We stayed here with friends during our son’s baseball tournament at Cooperstown. This property is so beautiful! Our kids had so much fun petting the horses, roaming the property, canoeing, and seeing all the wildlife. They enjoyed the pool and the house was gorgeous! They will definitely remember their time here! Thanks for being such wonderful hosts!
