Originally run as a family-owned motor inn for 50+ years, the two property buildings were converted to what Cooperstown locals refer to as "camps," or cottages (aka summer lake homes).
The property consists of TWO buildings:
Cottage 1 (single-story building) - 3BR/4BA - Sleeps 8

Cottage 2 (two-story building) - 5 BR/7BA - Sleeps 14

- All Cottage 2 bedrooms are upstairs
- All Cottage 2 main entrances to bedrooms open to an outdoor terrace with railing (see photos)
- In Cottage 2, the stairs to go upstairs are attached to the building and fully enclosed from outdoor elements, but not physically inside the main living areas (you have to go outside to access the stairs, though it's all covered overhead)

Was perfect for our 7 baseball families. Perfect location to Dreams park and allowed us to enjoy the lake too.

This place was on point for 7 different families to stay for a few days, while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The lake access was so much fun for us parents to wind down after long hot days at the park. Highly recommend if you are close with some of the families on your team.

Veronica is so sweet! Great to help with any questions and helped us out whenever we needed it. The property was great! My only complaint is the bugs, which I think just come with the territory.
The view is stunning and we had plenty of space! I will definitely recommend this place I would just make sure whoever stays there goes in prepared to see lots and lots of spiders and bugs.

Our stay at Terrace Cottages was great. The property owners were excellent to communicate with. The property accommodated our entire baseball family while in Cooperstown. The lake was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed as well. Thank You
