It is a flat with sea and mountain views (panoramic), conservatory and three terraces on three floors (living area 130 m² plus 70 m² terraces on three levels) in a beautiful gated complex about five kilometres from Estepona.

The flat offers three terraces and communal outdoor pools (no private pools). The large roof terrace offers wonderful panoramic views of the sea, the mountains and the golf course. Here you can enjoy the sun until sunset. The complex has a total of four outdoor pools, one pool is 50 metres away and the others are 200 metres away. The gate key gives access to all pool areas.

The flat is a five-room flat with three marble bathrooms, living/dining room and three bedrooms on the upper floor. The kitchen is large by Spanish standards and offers a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, mini oven, kettle, kitchen table and chairs. The flat also has hot/cold air conditioning (with two air conditioning units for downstairs and upstairs). Furthermore, the living/dining area and the marble guest WC are located on the ground floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms (two rooms each with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed). There is a marble bathroom with shower and a marble bathroom with bathtub. This is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed. (Smoking is allowed on the terrace), free wifi available.

Within walking distance: Sea, mountains, therefore the location is ideal for hiking / running, swimming in the pool or in the sea, mountaineering, or playing golf in the golf clubs in the area. It is only 25 km from Marbella and 35 km from Gibraltar. The complex is situated in a gentle hilly landscape in a very quiet holiday area. There are many secluded, clean, beautiful sandy beaches between 400 m and 5 km away, as well as tourist beaches directly in Estepona (5 km). The coastline stretches for 20 km and some of the 16 beaches have been awarded the "Blue Flag". These flags are awarded to harbours and beaches that are committed to the environment.

In summer you do not need air conditioning. You only have to open the windows of all bedrooms ikl. Window of the shower. There is always a cool sea breeze. In the living room the windows of the conservatory and the kitchen provide a cool climate.
