Good size Rooms. Good location in a quiet neighborhood with good parking and nice neighbors. Close to good grocery shopping and walking distance to the waterside walk. Ok WiFi

#1 - The most noticeable negative aspect is the cleanliness. It could do with good deep scrub and proper cleaning between guests. #2 - furniture is worn and mismatched #3 - very poor selection of kitchen utensils and table ware. Need a real shape up to be marketable!
