About this apartment rental

Our modern, upscale holiday apartment "LUV & LEE" for 2 persons, is centrally located in the Olympic center. The renovation and refurbishment was completed in 2018. Buses to Kiel and the surrounding area leave regularly on your doorstep. Only a few steps and you are at the harbor with its sailing ships and seagulls screaming. From the jetty you can take wonderful boat trips over the Kiel Fjord and let the fresh sea breeze blow your nose. At the tax-free fine sandy beach, which they reach after 5 minutes on foot, spread out your bath towel, or enjoy protected from the wind in the beach chair the view of the Baltic Sea and the lively summer hustle and bustle. It is also particularly impressive to see the big Crusaders slowly passing by and heading towards Scandinavia. The Olympic marina also has a seawater swimming pool and the Olympia Vitarium. On the covered Prommenade you will find coffee, restaurants, a grocery store, and beautiful clothing stores for maritime shopping.

Our modern, upscale holiday apartment "LUV & LEE" for 2 persons, is centrally located in the Olympic center. The renovation and refurbishment was completed in 2018. Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit an der Ostsee verbracht und hatten großes Glück, diese Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Die Lage ist ideal in direkter Strandnähe und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es war super, dass man einen Stellplatz hat und auch eine Ladesäule für E-Autos kann bei Bedarf benutzt werden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war tadellos – er ist super freundlich und herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und freuen uns bereits aufs nächste Mal!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich TOP sehr sauber, alles was man braucht vorhanden super Kontakt zum Vermieter, in der Umgebung fehlten ein bisschen Aktion wie z.B. ein Fahrradverleih. Aber alles in allem sehr schön gewesen gerne wieder.

Saubere und moderne Ferienwohnung.

Es handelt sich um ein Ein-Zimmer-Apartment mit separatem Flur und Badezimmer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Das "Bett" ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, ggf. sollte man ein Bild des ausgezogenen Schlafsofas ergänzen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss mit kleiner Terrasse und Wiesenblick. Vom Olympiazentrum kann man einige Ausflugsziele in kurzer Zeit erreichen (z.B. Kiel Zentrum, Eckernförde, Flensburg etc.). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem tollen Appartement! Hochwertige Einrichtung mit liebevoller Dekoration, schöne Küchenzeile, ein sehr geschmackvolles Badezimmer und eine eigene Terrasse. Der Check-in-Vorgang war gut organisiert und unkompliziert, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Besser geht's nicht :-)

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die FEWO ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Diese FEWO würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war überaus freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos, der Vermieter kam am ersten Tag zur Begrüßung kurz vorbei um noch eine kurze Einweisung zu geben. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Das Bad ebenso mit einer guten Dusche und moderner Keramik. Die komplette Wohnung wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit saniert. Die Terrasse ist windgeschützt und zu dieser Jahreszeit steht ab dem späten Mittag die Sonne drauf! Die Wohnung ist stufenlos zu erreichen.... alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben die Wohnung gebucht, um "einfach mal raus" zu kommen und abzuschalten. Das hat in dem gemütlich eingerichteten kleinen Zimmer und dem zwar kleinen aber sehr modernen Bad hervorragend funktioniert! Wenn man vor dem Gebäude steht erwartet man erst einmal gar nicht so eine Wohlfühloase. Lage ist schön ruhig, nicht zentral und man ist trotzdem schnell beim Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. - auch zu Fuß. Um richtig zu shoppen ist Kiel mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, ein halber Tag würde sich auch schon lohnen. Die Kommunikation lief gut und wir wurden vor Ort freundlich willkommen geheißen. Der Urlaub bleibt in guter Erinnerung und wird vielleicht wiederholt.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Für einen Kurztrip für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz. Hafen, kleiner Strand und Hallenbad in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kiel-Zentrum mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten. Wirklich zu empfehlen, eine Duschablage müsste nachgerüstet werden😁.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos. Sie ist modern eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich zwar in einem altmodischen Gebäudekomplex, aber das vergisst man, wenn man eingetreten ist und die Nähe zum Strand (3Min. zu Fuß) und zum nächstliegenden Geschäft (1Min.) sind genial. Ich würde die Wohnung 100%ig weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr gut, direkt am Hafen, eher ruhig und mit schönem Blick ins Grüne. Buchung und Kommunikation mit Vermieter einwandfrei und schnell jederzeit. Apartment war sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden. Zudem wirkte alles sehr neu. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Diese süße, super gemütliche Ferienwohnung war genau das richtige für unseren ersten Urlaub! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung sehr stimmig, die Ausstattung sehr gut! Das Schlafsofa sehr bequem! Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt problemlos überall hin. Sehr zu empfehlen!
