Sea Garden Apartment - First Beach line & Free parking

First; we got the advice to settle in Burgas, not the smaller resorts close to Burgas, and especially not Sunny Beach. Good advise. Burgas also has a very good beach, but much more. This apartment had a perfect location between downtown Burgas the middle beach around the pier. Of the beaches in Burgas I recommend the middle beach. The Central Beach further south is much more crowded, and oddly has less beach side service except for an expensive restaurant, while the middle beach has several nice cheaper beach side bars, and offers much more space. We only visited the northern beach once, very crowded and over exploited. The long Maritime Garden along Burgas east coast and the beach is wonderfull for strolling and relaxing in the shadow when the beach gets to warm. The pedestrian street Bul Aleko Bogoridi with several nice restaurants is only a few blocks away. To the apartment; as noted, located extremely well only a stone throw to the gate to the Martime Garden, and reasonably close to downtown Burgas. The apartment had a nice living room with a small nice balcony, a large bedroom with a comfy bed, and a well equipped kitchen for those (as us) who prefer to prepare some meals "at home". It also offered a parking place on the locked inner yard, very convenient when we rented a car. We never met or even talked to our landlord, but he/she was very helpful in our messaging. We can strongly recommend the apartment as a base for a combined beach and city vacation in Burgas city, and visits to the other locations in the area.

During our visit they were undertaking large street works, but that should be temporary. Larger shopping is not very close, but within a few blocks there is a smaller shop and several fruit stands.

Апартаментът беше изключително чист и добре поддържан. Локацията е чудесна – на няколко минути от плажа, близо до магазини и центъра, което прави престоя много удобен. В апартамента имаше всичко необходимо за комфортна почивка, а самото място беше тихо и спокойно – идеално за отдих. Определено бих се върнал отново и препоръчвам с удоволствие!

Единственото неудобство беше, че комуникацията с наемателя беше малко трудна, отговаряше на съобщенията ми след ден. Предполагам, че беше на път.

Everything is perfect! The hosts met us at the building, explained carefully how to use the keys and the parking, where the closest shop is, how to enter the building and so on. They even directed us to the city's events during our stay <3 The location is perfect! 2 min walk and you are in the see garden, 5mins the opposite direction and you are in the very center of the city. The apartment is very clean, smells good and feels like home!

The floor in the corridor is very cold. It'd be cool if the hosts put a rug there :)
