very good location on the main street, just few hundred meters from the sea. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around to satisfy your culinary needs.
The was a man sleeping on a plastic chair in the entrance to the building and smoking cigarets when not sleeping. Hew was there every night. Not sure if he was there to secure the building or because he was homeless. This is not directly linked to the apartment, but the building apartment is in.

Top location
Worn off apartment, seriously needs refreshment.
Missing simple facilities like water heater or decent plates and cups. Relatively clean.
Worst issue - no mosquito net in a lake-side town.
