איזה מקום מיוחד ובלתי נשכח! מקום אירוח שהוא בית שנכנס ללב! בית חווה מרווח, עם ניחוח נוסטלגי אך עם פינוק מודרני: מטבח מאובזר, מיטות נוחות, מקלחות נהדרות, חצר מלאה בעצי פרי ואפילו מקום למדורה!!! נהנינו מאד מהשהייה פה, היה מושלם!!!

אהבנו ממש הכל!!!

An incredible place with a very calm, almost grounding energy. Absolute silence, nature all around, birds, starry skies… you really feel like you reset here. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with a strong sense of aesthetics in every detail. At the same time, it’s very convenient.. just 15-20 minutes to town, and then you’re back in complete peace and quiet.

No real downsides.. everything felt well thought out and in harmony with the place.

Il nostro soggiorno alla Villa Balat è stato straordinario. Fin dal primo messaggio, Luca e Beatrice si sono dimostrati host impeccabili: disponibili, cordiali e attenti ad ogni dettaglio. La comunicazione con loro è stata rapidissima e piacevole, e la possibilità che ci hanno offerto di effettuare il check-in anticipato e il check-out posticipato è stata un gesto di grande attenzione che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. La villa è splendida: elegante, luminosa e curata con gusto in ogni minimo particolare. Gli spazi sono ampi, funzionali e perfetti sia per rilassarsi che per vivere momenti di convivialità. Il grande giardino, la piscina, il barbecue e il camino hanno reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. La posizione della Villa Balat è incantevole e permette di godere di un ambiente che valorizza pienamente il soggiorno. Abbiamo amato anche l’assenza della TV, che ci ha regalato un’esperienza più autentica e ci ha permesso di vivere la casa e la compagnia in modo ancora più intenso. È senza dubbio una delle migliori strutture in cui abbiamo mai soggiornato. Consigliamo Villa Balat con entusiasmo: supera ogni aspettativa, dalla qualità della casa alla straordinaria accoglienza di Luca e Beatrice. Ritorneremo sicuramente: un luogo così merita di essere vissuto più volte.

Casa Balat by far exceeding my expectations on many levels! The photos on Booking.com look nice but in reality, the place is even nicer. Exquisitely decorated, very comfortable, all amenities we needed were available, very quiet neighborhood, lush green all around, beautiful outside area - so much so, that I will have to visit again when it's warm enough to swim in the beautiful pool!! The host was also very responsive and very helpful for anything we needed. Very highly recommended!!
