Hard Rock Hotel Malta

I’m not happy that the hotel wasn’t operating at 100% during our stay, and I do hope the remaining facilities will be back soon. However, it would be unfair not to give this hotel 5/5 stars. Everything that was operating was absolutely fantastic, but the biggest asset of this hotel is, without a doubt, the people who work here. From the reception team to every single person taking care of the cleanliness and the guests, everyone was incredible. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever received so many genuine smiles in my life. Every interaction felt warm, friendly and welcoming, and the staff truly made our stay special. We had an amazing time, and the staff deserve all the credit. Take care of this wonderful team, because they are the ones who steal the show. 🤘❤️

The hotel is not 100% open yet

That I received detailed information clearly explaining that the hotel is in a soft opening period and therefore a list was provided of which areas are fully operational. Needless to say that all except 2 were open.

Το πρωινό ήταν άψογο όπως κ η εξυπηρέτηση .

Υποτίθεται ότι θα είχαμε σπα κ 8 πισίνες κ γι αυτά πληρώσαμε τα οποία δεν ήταν ετοιμα Δεν είχε ναυαγοσώστη στις πισίνες .Επισης στον εξωτερικό χώρο του ξενοδοχείου στο καθιστικό θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει δυνατότητα καπνίσματος .
