Peacful and not expensive stay at the edge of the town.

Peaceful, big space (five rooms in total) clean, cats (if you like cats), friendly and helpful owner, no other appartement (the owner lives downstairs), dishwasher and many kitchen appliances, parking place.

The bath is annoying and small (no separate shower), small balcony, no airconditioning, the road to the appartement is very steep and not hardened, it takes about 40 min to walk to the lake of como and you already go into the mountains.

Great big apartment with everything you need

The owners of the apartments live on the first floor, so they gave the keys in person. The apartments are located at a distance from the center, about 40 minutes on foot. A taxi from the station costs 13 pounds. I liked almost everything. Thanks for yoghurts, cookies and delicious coffe! If I come to Como, I will definitely stay here. Calm, beautiful place. In addition, an amazing friendly cat lives here!

It was hard to set up hot water. But it's not a problem.

Great place directly in woods

The apartment is really nice and well equipped in basically all regards. Kitchen and living offer really a lot to feel at home and the bed rooms have plenty of space to store your clothes. The place is directly in the forest and there are mountains all around. We could see even deers from our bedroom. Alessandra and Jodi made everything possible from their side to make us having a good time. Thank you for the nice stay!

The location may not be suitable for people that cannot walk too well or like to be more in the city centre.

Amazing apartment with all amenities. We received beautiful pastries on the first day for the breakfast. Owners are very helpful and responsive to all our needs.

The apartment was very clean and had a homely feel to it.

The pictures were not accurate as it didn’t show that the house was up on a steep hill. Also it was far from the centre of Como.

Perfect for weekends

Very pleasant owner. Nice view from the balcony to the mountains. Clean big well maintained house with all amenities. Large kitchen with all utensils. Comfortable double bed. WiFi. Netflix.

lovely flat, lovely hosts

Although a bit out of town, you get a lot for that trade off here. The place is bigger than two bedroom flats I’ve lived in and it was incredibly well equipped. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and the bed was so comfy in comparison to the sofa beds we’d had in down town studios. Also, the hosts are great. I had a problem, entirely of my own making and not only did the host resolve it instantly, she was really lovely about it.

This place is a little out of town (15 mins walk to the edge if town, 30 mins walk to the lake). However the walk is not as much up a hill as we expected from looking at a map (and como is super hilly) Only the last minute is really even noticeable as a hill. There also may be a bus, but we didn’t use it.

Beautiful comfortable apartment

The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is peaceful and beautiful. We were very comfortable here and had a lovely stay.

The location is a little difficult without a car. There are buses from town but you have to walk up a hill on the road without pavement. It's difficult to get a taxi in case you are out late. With a car, it would be perfect.

It is a bit difficult to climb to the location if you arrive late in the evening, but the host was nice and came to meet us.

Location with a spectacular view of mountains from the balcony from one side, just connected to the forest from the opposite side. Well-equipped kitchen Large apartment on the first floor of the villa, when the hosts live on the ground floor. Used parking of the house Quite area, with fresh air from outside as it's located higher than Como

E' un appartamento al primo piano con un bel panorama sulle montagne di Como, cucina completa (forno, microonde, freezer), soggiorno con divano e TV due camere e un bagno. Si parcheggia sotto casa. Gentili e discreti gli host. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo considerando i prezzi di Como.

E' evidente che il bagno è l'elemento di debolezza, niente di grave comunque. Non credo piovesse così a Como da parecchi anni, ma la strada non sarebbe stata friendly per una passeggiata a piedi verso il centro.

Ein paar Minuten zur Altstadt von Como und trotzdem viel Ruhe

Bis auf das Badezimmer wirklich eine großzügige Wohnung, viel Platz. Die Nähe zur Altstadt, perfekt! Ruhige Lage, Parkplatz. Nette Gastgeber, Kommunikation hat super geklappt.

Bad zu klein, duschen in der Wanne sehr eng - nur Netflix über ein iPAD, keine sonstigen Programme, keine Antenne - Betten waren für mich zu weich - steile Auffahrt zur Ferienwohnung gewöhnungsbedürftig, Waldrandlage
