Amazing location and views in Brunate

This is an amazing flat up in Brunate with access to a wonderful garden. From here you can go for hikes or walks or explore Como. It is about 10 Min walk from the funicular train station. Note that there are also a grocer, butcher and a fruit/vegetable store. Also, the Funicular offers a 7-day pass for only 16 Euros (Oct 2025,) enabling you to access the faster entry and easily and quickly get up and down from Brunate to Como. The flat is very big with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen has so many supplies and absolutely everything you need. It was a very comfortable and relaxed stay. Looking forward to coming back.

The best get away from home that feels like home. Such a warm welcome and hospitale stay

Our host Loredana, made our stay the best way possible to end our two week vacation. The lovely home in the hills with a beautifull garden with easy acces to the lake and city.

We absolutely loved our stay and everything about our house. The only thing is the italian beds that are harder than we are used to. It wasn't uncomfortable but the only the minor thing if we must say something we didn't like

Amazing place up in Brunate

The place is amazing. Up in the hills of Brunate you can leave your car and do everything using the feniculare at a walking distance. The place is quiet and the owner is really helpful. She shared tips about the region and served delicious breakfast (thank you for the clafouti). We will come back. Enjoy a visit of the well maintained gardens. Thank you for everything!

The first day make sure you ask Loredana to cook something for you. By doing so you will not regret on the last day you couldn't taste more. Much better than the average restaurant in Como.

Wonderful stay!!!

It was a perfect getaway. The appartement is cozy and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped and bed is very comfortable. Loredana was so kind to show us her garden, which is a little paradise. You have a stunning view to the valley. Breakfast was very tasty and Loredana is doing everything from her heart. We felt very welcome and will love to come back one day.

The location was great ! We had a wonderful view from the garden over the lake and the city of como. The host was unbelievably nice and gave us advice about what activities to do in the city and the area around. I recommend to come to this place!!!

Amazing and honest attitude from tha owners. They really made us feel at home and with dinners we shared together really made us feel special. The communication was great, the place was tidy and clean. There's free parking for 4 cars in front of the building and we were lucky to be able to use it. Also the owners have reserved one for us upon arrival. The funicolare is 10mins walking. Around the house there aren't many options for eating or shopping, but this is Brunate after all. My family really enjoyed our stay and we will certainly look for an option to visit again.
