Quiet but still quite central location. The appartment is clean and charming - and well laid out. Rosario was very helpful and supportive - and with good communication in English in writing.

The elevator is very small - but works well. Would not recommend if you are claustrophobic.

Charming apartment in a Great location. Rosario was very responsive and accommodating. It was unusually hot and like many places in San Sebastián, did not have AC, how we, she supplied fans for each bedrooms which made sleeping comfortable ( this coming from someone who loves a cold room).

Great location, spacious, very clean and well looked after. Our host was really lovely and on hand for any queries.

There isn't AirCon but we asked for an additional fan which our host provided.

The location of the property was excellent. It was clean and well prepared for our visit and the owner was friendly.

The booking on booking.com showed as two people staying. I advised the owner several weeks before hand that we were a party of 4. On arrival she advised that we needed to pay an extra €80 a night which couldn’t be paid by credit card. This would have been good to know before arrival. With the extra cost we may well have selected an alternative option. We were a party of 4 people in our mid 60s and 70s. The second bedroom was not good. It was very small so if you were on the wall side, you had to climb down the bed to get out of it as there was insufficient room to step out to that side of the bed- it was completely against the wall. The two beds were very low to the ground - almost like futons. One squeaked constantly. It was also an interior room with no window to the outside. Might be acceptable for small children but is not comfortable for adults.
