Excellent communication and very helpful staff. We accidentally left an item behind and they delivered it to a friend staying in the area. The apartment is in an ideal location for being able to walk everywhere. The apartment itself is great. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out.
The kitchen area was very small, but being in San Sebastián, we didn’t want to cook for ourselves. There are too many great places to eat!

Thank you for sending me detailed arrival instructions. It was extremely helpful, especially how you labelled the keys. The location was excellent. Noise level was manageable even more so once fans were running. Rooms were organized and tidy. Layout worked well for our large party. Whatsapp chat was very prompt. Check out was very easy.
Some bathroom toilet seats were broken or loose. This is the perfect landing pad for a stay that's focused on being out of the room bc it's close to everything. The dining area is basic, but again perfect for impromptu meals. The ambiance is probably the worst element of the apartment, Little to to no furnishings or decor, the same Ikea furniture throughout every room.
