The internet connection was not very good. We could not use it in the bedroom.
We found the washing machine really tricky to use. Some clear instructions would have been helpful. Not everyone has used a washer/dryer before.
The hot water in the shower was hard to regulate and ran out very quickly.
We would have appreciated some tourist information about San Sebastián. A map would have been good.

Centrally located, quiet, air conditioned apartment. Excellent instructions for gaining entry.
Door to smaller shower needs repairing. Not a good look. Mean selection of mismatched glasses.

The apartment was fine and had everything we needed and the location in the city was good and central, within easy reach of everything.
There is major refurbishment works going on both inside the apartment building and to the building immediately across the street. This was very noisy during working hours. We are disappointed that the owners did not tell us about these works. I would imagine that these works will last for a few months more, possibly all of 2026.
