The best self check-in instructions I’ve ever received for an apartment. Check in was a breeze. Excellent location, walkable distance to everywhere and just around the corner from La Concha. The apartment is in a lovely street with a huge supermarket just 2 minutes walk away. There were plenty of fresh towels left for our stay, including lovely beach towels. The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for our group. There was a generous amount of dishwashing tablets & washing machine pods. Lots of little extras like a first aid kit, beach umbrellas etc. Communication was excellent, we asked about a missing bath plug on our first evening & three brand new plugs of various sizes were dropped to the apartment the next morning. Would definitely recommend this apartment & book it again without hesitation. We stayed during Aste Nagusia, I’ve included photos of the parade from our view on the apartment’s balcony.

The only thing that I felt would improve the apartment is a mattress topper for the pull out sofa bed which is not very comfortable.

Great apartment, quiet, and well appointed. The location is excellent: supermarket is across the road, in a shopping area, a few cafes and bars around but no noise in the evening. It is very close to La Concha beach, and 10 min from the old town.

The apartment was fine and had everything we needed and the location in the city was good and central, within easy reach of everything.

There is major refurbishment works going on both inside the apartment building and to the building immediately across the street. This was very noisy during working hours. We are disappointed that the owners did not tell us about these works. I would imagine that these works will last for a few months more, possibly all of 2026.
