Beautiful apartment FOR RENT WITH TERRAZA AL SUR, with parking (optional) (if you need to check the parking price), it is next to the apartment, It is located in the heart of San Sebastian, (center) 150 M. from the beach of the Concha, a step away from the Boulevard and the Old Town, and a 10-minute walk from the Kursaal building, is the apt in a shopping area, a lively, busy area, with pintxos bars, with a variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets , pharmacies, and everything the visitor may need. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, 1 bathroom, south facing terrace. It has heating and fireplace, it is a building with elevator. It is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, kitchenware, toaster, coffee maker, and hair dryer) and sheets and towels are offered. The train station is 5 minutes away and the bus station is 5 minutes away. It is a city that can be visited without using the car. It has public transport to travel to the coastal towns, to Bilbao, Vitoria-Gasteiz, and to the towns of the Basque-French part such as Hendaye, Biarritz, or Bayonne.

Mari Carmen’s flat was perfect for our four week stay in San Sebastián. We used her terrace as much as possible as the weather was beautiful. The flat is in perfect location and easy walking to all neighborhoods in town. Mari Carmen was so responsive to our many questions. She offered suggestions for day trips, eating, shopping and more. We were sad to leave this lovely flat and beautiful city, but we will return to both!

Maria clearly cares about her property and showing you a great experience of San Sebastián. We arrived late at night and Maria welcomed us herself and had welcome drinks and toss for the morning.
Every morning she would text us with things to see and events happening around the city. Great hospitality.
Property has 1 double room and 1 single. Perfect for travel partners.

Everything was perfect apart from HomeAway, who seem incapable of managing simple processes. Great properties, very pleasant and helpful staff, but woeful administrative backup.

The description of the apartment is accurate. It is nice and central. BUT the apartment - apparently- is only for two (2) people. If you are more than two you run the risk of being charged extra. This is not very clear on the website and makes the apartment very expensive. VRBO are not helpful in such a case.
