Der Gastgeber Mauro hat unseren fünftägigen Aufenthalt mit viel Herzblut unvergesslich gemacht. Jeden Morgen erwartete uns ein ausgewogenes, frisch zubereitetes Frühstück. Zimmer, Bad und Küche wurden täglich makellos gereinigt. Zudem versorgte uns Mauro mit wertvollen Insidertipps, um Venedig und die Umgebung günstig und effektiv zu erkunden – der Eintritt nach Venedig war durch die Unterkunft sogar inklusive.

Mauro is so sweet! He was so kind and offered us SO much helpful information on Venice, from food spots to bus stops and best sights! The breakfast he provided (which is included) was incredible and so cute and thoughtful. The room had great air conditioning and was very spacious and clean. Mauro even made our bed and did the dishes for us while we were out!
The only thing I would say is that it is a little bit out of the way compared to some other places but I am only putting that here to make people aware. It is about a 5 min bus to city centre and then another 20+ min bus to venezia.

• Mauro, the owner, is incredibly warm and welcoming. He explains everything clearly with charming hand-drawn maps and tips — perfect if you’re without Google Maps.
• Breakfast was a highlight: mini pizzas, crackers, sweet treats, various yogurts, juice, bread with butter and jam, and freshly made coffee — all available throughout the day.
• The accommodation is clean, spacious, and very comfortable for the price.
• Great location: bus stop to Venice (via Centro) is nearby, and two large supermarkets are about 1 km away.
• The apartment has AC and feels like your own house — Mauro shares the space but is rarely around, so privacy is not an issue.
• Though there are only a few restaurants in the immediate area, many offer delivery, so you can still enjoy a wide variety of food.
• The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, which might be difficult if you have heavy luggage.
• Towels are quite old and could be refreshed.
• Only a bed sheet is provided — a duvet or blanket would be much better, especially when using the AC or during cooler nights.

Все було чудово! Квартира, як і господар - дуже приємні! Все відповідає фото. Дуже зручна локація для відвідування Венеції (від будинку зранку є навіть прямий автобус, а після 9:30 - автобуси з 1 пересадкою), але Мауро вам обов'язково все пояснить! Квартира на 3 поверсі, ліфта немає, тож врахуйте це, якщо вам важливо. Парковка прямо під будинком, район затишний і тихий. Сніданок європейський, готує його для вас господао: смачна кава, сік, молоко, переважно солоденьке і фрукти. Нажаль, готувати на газовій плиті не можна, лише користуватися мікрохвильовою піччю і чайником. Але ми були такі втомлені щодня після Венеції, що готувати нічого і не хотіли. Є холодильник. В цілому вся квартира у вашому розпорядженні, Мауро настільки тихий і непомітний, що ми з ним бачилися лише при заселенні. Але він завжди на зв'язку з будь-якого питання. Загалом, чудове місце для відвідування Венеції.
Сподобалося все! Одна маленька рекомендація - придумати щось для того, щоб можна було готувати (можливо електричну плитку маленьку).
