Sea view - Beautiful! Very clean apartment. Excellent Location -1 min from Tiki beach. Great views- on sea front. Very cool with air con. Quiet to be able to sleep well. Has a washer. If you want to be In the centre, then this apartment would be brilliant for you. Well kept property on the outside- quite retro looking. Has a pool but I didn’t venture in- you need your own deck chairs etc.

🙃A little dated inside building. Room had chairs which were shedding a little. 🙃No staff there- wasn’t sure what to do when I arrived- no one to help. 🙃YOU NEED TO PICK UP KEYS AT ANOTHER LOCATION- ‘Benidorm booking’. Address in the email/app but because it wasn’t easy to find I presumed it was the same address as where I was staying. 🙃6-8 min walk to ‘Benidorm booking’ to be told I couldn’t check in till 4.30pm, so I had to walk back to a base etc with bags/cases to go back 3 hours later. If traveling alone with kids or lots of luggage it would be very tricky when collecting keys. 🙃Check out could be later than the 11am time, given the late check in. 🙃Lifts quite old and small. 🙃You are asked to empty your own bin before leaving. 🙃200€ deposit for the room when you arrive, which takes 4-6 days to return to your card after the holiday.

Sea view amazing

Very comfortable bed. Excellent location.

Hardly any room in the bedroom. Shower needed to be changed around. Kitchen was miniscule. Sliding doors were not sealing properly and the wind was blowing the curtains. Too small to be an apartment.

The location was good. It was clean, the water was hot.

The property was tired. The shower even though nice hot water the shower head had nothing to keep it in place, so if you were over 5ft in height you had to hold the shower over you . The curtains were ripped and put onto the track the wrong way round so you could not draw the curtains properly. There was a large glass table with 4 chairs which took up most of the room,there was no way 4 people could sit around the table comfortably. A lovely view but no balcony ! The wardrobe doors did not run smoothly so you had to continually lift them to get to your clothes. We were on the 14th floor so spent a lot of time waiting for the lifts which were none to stable the doors did not even close up properly.
