La ubicación, el parking incluido y el apartamento en general.

La limpieza. El suelo tenía bastante arena y estaba sucio, las copas tenían pintalabios de huéspedes anteriores... Para lo que cobra la empresa de limpieza pueden esmerarse un poco más...

Su cercanía a la playa, hay una ducha en la comunidad para poder quitarte la arena de la playa, tiene parking privado, la amplitud del apartamento

Faltaba una parte de la mampara y se salía el agua cuando te duchabas

Very clean, Really comfortable beds, A/c was fab, good internet, 3 TV's, well equipped, Near everything, great comms from George who met us at the apartment and showed us around.

These are not major issues but can make a difference to your holiday if you didn't know. The building is beach front, the apartment is set back behind the first apartments in the block. You can see the beach through the side window. This was not unexpected after researching street view but maybe should be clearer. Property was very clean but could do with a day of maintenance to resolve some basic issues (E.G loose toilet seats, slow draining bathroom sink, intermittent fault on living room TV). The TV's are internet only - not a problem if you subscribe in the uk. No instructions for appliances so a bit of guesswork is needed to use them. There is only one mirror which is in the bathroom. We found there was no spare storage in the kitchen to put any shopping and no egg slice.
