Location was very convenient for the station and quite far from a road so pleasantly quiet. It is also quite close to Via Nazionale and several shops and good restaurants. Good to have a comfortable bed, a sofa, a good shower/bathroom and heating. It was also nice to have a view of the hills.
Kitchen quite well equipped and it has a decent sized fridge.
Wifi was ok but a bit slow.
A flat below seemed to have a smoker in and there was sometimes a very unpleasant smell of smoke, however no fault of the host.
Directions to the entrance near the "Expert" shop entrance or the what3words address (https://w3w.co/lavender.green.beams) would have been very helpful. Luckily I had 3G and was able to message the host, who responded quickly and came out onto the road to get me.
