Captain's Cottage

A really well-equipped and comfortable cottage, right in the centre of Sheringham. Everything you need is provided. Milk, tea, coffee and a packet of biscuits were all available on arrival, which was very welcome. The cottage faces out into a small “lane” of other cottages, so you don’t step straight out on to a road. Shops, cafes and pubs all are very close by. There are good public transport options - we travelled by train to Sheringham, so can’t comment on parking. We were only there 3 nights, but this would be a great place to stay for longer.

It was beautiful great location, beautifully decorated we really loved it and hope to stay again , we come to Sheringham a lot as we have family down here .

Just spent a week in the lovely Captain's Cottage it had everything we needed. Close to the beach and Town. The accommodation is lovely and comfortable a home from home feel. The cottage is lovely and presented really well. Love the bath in the bedroom 😍 It's situated in the heart of Sheringham centre and literally so close to the Beach. So many lovely places to eat we were spoilt for choice. Definitely recommend. We have all had a wonderful week and the weather has been kind 😊

The cottage literally had everything you needed for a self-contained holiday. It was beautifully clean and the location was very close to all the amenities. The property is very tastefully decorated and had a real cosy feel to it, very welcome as the weather in January was not so good.

Free parking in Sheringham is very limited and the council car-parks are quite expensive but that's not the fault of the property. Parking directly outside the cottage for a short while whilst unloading the car was very useful, There were 2 council carparks very closeby which offered free parking from 18;00 to 08;00.
