Lincoln's Loft is a historically and beautifully renovated space with modern amenities and features in Downtown Lincoln, IL. The Lofts are close to downtown shopping, eateries, and nightlife. Located inside a historic downtown building with another loft, please keep in mind other guests by keeping the noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.
The space features an open concept layout, with a large great room comprised of a fully equipped kitchen and a large livingroom space, with a 4 person kitchen table and an island that also seats 2. The historic renovation includes refinished original hardwood floors, and beautifully exposed brick walls. Through the large reclaimed sliding door, you will find the bedroom that has two queen size beds, a desk that can be used as an office work space, A full sized private laundry facility is included inside the space with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The large walk in closet includes extra bedding linens, 2 air mattresses, hangers, iron and ironing board, and a luggage rack.
As this loft is located in the upstairs of a historic building, please expect stairs! There are 24 stairs to the second floor. We do not have an elevator.

We came up to go to the Farm Progress Show in Decatur and stayed in Lincoln. The place look exactly like it did on VRBO But once you got into the room, it was better. Megan was an excellent host, I had questions, and she responded right away. There is a lot of history in Lincoln and surrounding area. Megan had given us a fun fact about the place we stayed in, the Derby Suite, that it was Abraham Lincolns office while he was in office. The court house was right across the street.
You have to try out the Italian place called Gullzardo's, its within walking distance from where your staying. Excellent steaks and Italian food.

Our stay was great. The host was quick to respond to our questions. It was the perfect location for our visit with our family who lives in Lincoln.
