Lovely 2-Bedroom Unit in Springfriend

The local is amazing with free street parking at night available. Home is secure safe and quiet and so clean! Having Full baths was wonderful as we were there for a conference an everyone was able to get ready. Master bath has a huge tub of you want and living room had great views. We lived being able to gather at the tables and counters separate from the living room. The owner was very responsive to answer any questions. Thank you. I most wish we were able to stay more during the day to enlist it if it weekend conference.

Very nice place. Was surprised it was third floor and sooo many stairs. It was not advertised as that, but enjoyed the area and went to Lincoln home.

The place was clean and the layout worked well for us. Many lights were burnt out in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Some of the glassware are cracked at the bottom and caused leaks. When we did have an with the door, it was fixed quickly.The location for seeing all things downtown is perfect. We loved the view of the old capital building.

I came to town with my teen/preteen daughters to do all of the historic Springfield things and this location could not be better for that. The unit has a fun historic charm with enough updates to make it comfortable. The host was quick to communicate and we had not problem checking in or out. There is not a designated parking area for the unit so you either need to pay for parking in a garage or hope for street parking. We were there when Congress was not in session and did not have a problem finding parking on the street nearby but I'm not sure if that would be the case during busier times. Just something to note if you're going to have a car with you.While we enjoyed the charm of the unit, the comfort-level was lacking. There were only 6 pillows and 6 very small bath towels in the unti. I messaged the host and requested more and was told that they don't provide extra pillows or towels. I find this odd considering it's listed as sleeping 7. So if you have 7 people not everyone gets their own pillow and towel? We did not have 7 people but even so the best practice standard is to have more than one per person. This certainly did not make for the "comfortable and enjoyable stay" the host continued to refer to.
