Grandeur de l'appartement, air conditionné, rapidité de la communication avec le propriétaire. Même si l'appartement est légèrement exentré de la ville, on peut tout faire à pieds ce qui est bien si l'on veut chiner certains chemins.
Drôle d'odeur sur le canapé, le matelas de la grande chambre hyper dure.
