The house renovated in 2017 has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and nightstands; Another bedroom has a half-and-half bed, nightstands and a chest of drawers. - It has a full bathroom; - In the kitchen there is a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee machine, stove; There's a cafe and grocery store nearby. The town of Régua is 10 km away. In the center of Mesão Frio, 3 km away, there are several traditional Portuguese restaurants. The Douro Region, where the property is located, is world famous because of the quality of its wines. The landscape that enjoys several points of this parish is, in fact superb, especially the Miradouro do Lugar de Donsumil, from where you get a magnificent view over the vineyards and the Douro River. The Donsumil cookies are the ex-libris in the gastronomy of this parish. Every year, at the beginning of August, the pilgrimage takes place in honor of the patron saint of São Mamede, in the Mother Church of Vila Marim. The Rede Ferroviária de Rede and the riverside area of the Douro are about 3 km from the property. The house is 60 minutes drive from Porto International Airport.
