The location was wonderful and the beds and unit was nice. Noisy though with the church bells. Restaurant and food markets are everywhere and the host recommended the Tio Matin restaurant and it was fabulous. Claudia the host was very good

Claudia has a wonderful place. She’s provided so many amenities to make the stay comfortable. Her communications were quick and showed a strong interest in ensuring we had a great stay. Claudia’s suggestions for dinner were amazing!!
If we find ourselves back in the valley we’d definitely return.

This is a comfortable, clean and authentic place in Peso da Régua, a great small town along the Duoro River.
We stayed here in mid-January when temps were a bit brisk at times - 30s at night and about 60 during the day. At first the place felt cold - until we learned how to use the heaters, then it was fine. There are 2 bedrooms, living and dining area, and a full kitchen - plenty of room to enjoy the stay. Plus, Cláudia, our host, gave us great recommendations for local restaurants.
We’d be happy to stay here again.
