Facilidade das instruções de self check in. Disponibilidade da equipa gestora. Bem equipado, tinha tudo o que era necessário e mais! Super bem localizado quer para chegar de carro quer para caminhar pela cidade. Ambiente sossegado e cama extremamente confortável para quem aprecia o descanso.

Simplicidade no processo de entrega da chave. Sem necessidade de realizar qualquer tipo de encontro ou ter que deslocar para algum lado para levantar a chave. Esta estava disponível num cofre cujo acesso foi partilhado.

Os apartamentos ficam situados numa excelente localização, mesmo no centro histórico da cidade. Muito limpos e o senhor que nos atendeu foi muito simpático. De certeza que será um lugar a voltar.

Mais louça no apartamento. De resto estava tudo excelente.

The apartment that was advertised was not the apartment that I stayed in. The picture showed hardwood floors, modern bright interior, outdoor terrace surrounded by trees, a washing machine etc. This is not what I got! The one they gave me had cement floors, inexpensive interior, a mouldy terrace facing the rooves of the next building and NO washing machine. None of the apartments in this building were as pictured. A complete scam! The apartment was clean and comfortable but NOT what was advertised. The service rep collected and washed our laundry which was appreciated but no apology or explanation. Be careful with this rental!
