Da ótima localização, do amplo e confortável espaço, do belo restauro de um imóvel antigo, da decoração cuidada e minimalista, da manutenção de interessantes elementos arquitetónicos da construção primitiva e do simpático espaço exterior.
O único reparo a fazer é em relação à dimensão do WC, que no meu entender é pequeno e acanhado, no que de todo não condiz com a excelente espacialidade do apartamento.

Excelente localização. Bem no centro e perto de vários estacionamentos. Apesar de ser no 2°andar o acesso é fácil com escadas.
Os pisos não têm muito isolamento sonoro. Sugiro a adopção de caixotes do lixo com tampa no w.c. e na cozinha ao invés de sem tampa. É mais higiénico.
