O apartamento é muito bom, confortável, estava tudo limpo e a localização é excelente. Se precisarmos de voltar a Vila Real, com certeza ficaremos lá novamente.

Apartamento amplo e espaçoso. Localização muito boa, bastante central na cidade, vários serviços ao redor.
Apartamento bastante gasto de pintura e chão, sofá cama muito desconfortável para dormir com o uso está bastante deformado. Cama do quarto muito ruidosa. Apartamento com muito potencial mas a necessitar investimento. Para a qualidade que atualmente demonstra, acho o preço elevado.

Location, facilities.
As an attic, some parte of the apartament are lower, therefore it can be a little annoying for tal people to move around the space kitchen-living room. What was not my case, but my boyfriends Nothing else to complain . The apartment is new with good facilities and location.

Appartement très bien placé, pratiquement au centre-ville, du moins très proche de toute commodités restaurant, bar, etc.
Au rez-de-chaussée fenêtre qui donne sur la rue un peu bruyant
