The apartment is very open, spacious and has all of the necessary conditions for a good stay. Being on the ground floor, on the other side of the sun's life, it can become a bit humid, problem easily solved by turning the AC on for a while.
Having stayed in Vila Real a couple of times, the apartment location is very good: near the Cardoso restaurant (for a week of delightful Portuguese cuisine), and very close to the park.. almost away from the urban city's life.. but as close to it as a 20 steps walk.
You can feel a bit of air humidity (solved by turning the AC on for a while).

Pequeno mas muito bem requalificado T1 junto à ponte central de Vila Real! Super perto de deslocar em qualquer sentido na cidade! O WC em particular está muito bem renovado.

Localização muito boa, utensílios bons.
Acredito que pelas fortes chuvas e o apartamento ser no primeiro andar, houve uma infiltração no piso e algumas paredes dos fundos começaram a mofar.

Appartement très bien placé, pratiquement au centre-ville, du moins très proche de toute commodités restaurant, bar, etc.
Au rez-de-chaussée fenêtre qui donne sur la rue un peu bruyant
