Great getaway escape.

Nice and roomy. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Very comfortable couch! Eclectically furnished. Covered patio and open air deck with plentiful seating. Great location.

A light on both sides of bed in master. A working light for twin in 2nd BR.

We had a blast! Perfect location and we had so much fun outside watching the river and deer.

There was no breakfast but the location was great!

The only issue was finding the place. Apparently they are doing road work right on the street where Frog Cottage is located so there was no street sign to find the house. Plus you have to drive over a creek and if it rains and the creek floods you can't get out.

Superb place to stay as a getaway-from-it-all

This little piece of Heaven sits under the green shade trees along the Blanco River, down a private path. But, it's less than 2 mins from the heart of downtown. If it weren't so hot, we could have walked to town. I love the big deck and chairs that allow you to sit and watch nature as you sip your coffee or wine. I especially love the tasteful, country decor!!!!

We had trouble arriving very late at night because I incorrectly copied down the door code. When I called the emergency number, I had to leave a message. They didn't respond to my plea until the next morning, and it was a text saying, "We emailed the code to you." Not helpful. Luckily, someone left the sliding door open so we could get in at 11pm. Also, this is our third visit and I keep forgetting to bring my own hangers. I think they should leave some wire hangers in the little closet.

fantastic, and relaxing for kids and family

Location was fantastic, very scenic and relaxing. Close to town. Deck was amazing, trees all around. River has shallow spots for kids and deep spots for Adults

windows had lots of dirt when we opened. Needs to maintain patio , lots of cobweb, cold water on one shower was not working but nothing major to spoil our trip.
