La puntualità della persona che ci aspettava, la casa era già calda con il frigorifero acceso. La vista direttamente sulla spiaggia. Vicinissima al centro e facilità di parcheggio ( io ho parcheggiato al porto gratuitamente nel periodo invernale) dista a 500mt circa.

The view from the balcony was fantastic! The communication with the host was pleasant and easy. The apartment had most of what we needed. The location was great. It is possible to walk the distance to the train station if you want to take a daytrip from Menton by train. We would be happy to stay in this apartment again!
The only thing we missed was the possibility to hang clothes on hangers or in a wardrobe. There was a high level of traffic noise on the balcony. But that's to be expected since we wanted the view. We weren't bothered by the noise when the balcony door was closed.

Gute Lage mit Meerblick und Blick auf die wunderschöne Stadt.
Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei geklappt.
Wenn man in Menton Meerblick haben will und auf dem Balkon sitzt, muss man die laute Straße vor dem Haus in Kauf nehmen.

Puiki vieta – labai arti jūros ir senamiesčio. Butas yra pagrindinėje gatvėje, tad viskas šalia ranka pasiekiama. Virtuvėje rasite visus reikalingus įrankius maisto gaminimui, taip pat yra virdulys ir „Nespresso“ aparatas. Oro kondicionierius veikia, be to yra ir nešiojamas vėjelis. Butas atitiko nuotraukas.
Trūko švaros. Nors įleidimo teko laukti iki 18 val., nes buvo tvarkomas butas, tačiau grindys liko nešvarios – po kelių minučių kojos buvo juodos, visur jautėsi dulkės. Taip pat dėl vietos pagrindinėje gatvėje beveik visada jaučiamas didelis triukšmas. Butas neturi savo parkavimo vietos – gatvėje pastatyti automobilį praktiškai neįmanoma, artimiausia mokama aikštelė yra Les Sablettes.
