The apartment was clean (although a few cobwebs in the bathroom) bed very comfy, towels changed daily although we never saw anyone who worked there you could contact them if you needed anything
No fridge in the room not a big problem but would have helped as Milan was so warm

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go, but slightly quieter. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful.

We really liked the location, close walking distance to everything and Alessandro was really lovely.
The place was a bit run down. Mold in the air con, rust and big water damage on the walls in the bathroom. Stains on most things in the room (bedding, floor rug, curtains). There was no mini/bar fridge
