About this villa rental
Beautiful villa located in Colonia Sant Pere very close to the sea.
It is a traditional Mallorcan finca in a country house style. It is developed on one floor with a full kitchen next to a large table. On the other hand there are 3 beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite and the other two bedrooms with two single beds each.
Outside you can enjoy a large pool and a graceful barbecue.
It is an ideal property to enjoy the paradisiacal beaches of Colonia San Pere and have a wonderful vacation.

The sleepy village Colonia de Sant Pere in the northeast of the island is still a secret tip for many island lover. The location right between the sea and the mountains, with its location is very special in Mallorca. The small marina and the pretty beach promenade with various bars and good restaurants invite you to linger. Every Saturday a small market takes place in the small market square in the village center next to the church. Nature lovers will find in the large nature reserve Llevant, directly behind the village, great hiking trails with breathtaking views.
During the long walks by the sea you will discover many small natural bays that invite you to swim. If you go to the sea towards Son Serra de Marina, you are already after 30 minutes on a beautiful, kilometer-long natural beach. Of course, the place also as various shops (ncluding three supermarkets and a bakery) which are open all year round.

A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.
24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance.
This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost.
Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.
Tourist tax, VAT and final cleaning included. Events are not allowed.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to all guests aged 16 and over:
•€0.55/day per person (from November 1 to April 30)
•€2.20/day per person (from May 1 to October 31)
From the 9th night onward, the rate is reduced by 50%.
This tax can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or in cash and is mandatory.

We will definitely return to this farm. A few days before check in they sent us a video with instructions on how to get there since we were arriving late at night. Pep and Maggie were always present if needed
