About this house rental
This nice accommodation is located in Colonia de Sant Pere and offers a second home to 6 guests.
With a size of 110 m2, it is ideal for families or small groups of friends who want to spend their holidays close to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one with a double bed and 2 with single beds. The room with the double bed offers you lovely views to the mountains. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabin, one of them en suite.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. Step outside to the spacious terrace, have a pleasant dinner or just bask in the sun on one of the 3 sun loungers. The terrace measures 25m2, the same size like the adjoining porch. Pass your free time on the cozy sofa in the tastefully decorated living room reading a good book or taking a nap. The entrance hall counts with 2 more sofas. The independent kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove and a fridge. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Pets are on request, please ask before and keep in mind that there are no animals allowed inside the house. There is no private parking, but you could park for free in close to the house on the side roads.
Colònia St. Pere, an old fishing village, offers you a few good restaurants, a tiny supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a small yacht club. Stroll down the sea promenade, watch the sailing boats and try our excellent wines and dishes in one of the restaurants. In the zone you will find lots of beaches, the most of them natural areas. The closest one is the sand/rocky beach of Colònia St. Pere, only 250 meters away from the apartment. Lots of bays and beaches for every taste and mood are waiting to be explored: Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjan, Cala Torta, S’Aigua Dolça are just a few beaches (rocky and sandy) in the zone.

Todo ha ido genial. La casa genial, Jaume, el dueño, ha sido encantador.
Lo tiene todo muy bien organizado, nos ha recibido el mismo aunque llegamos con retraso. También tenía cerveza fresquita y agua en la nevera, cosas tan indispensables cuando llegas de un viaje un poco largo.
Igualmente nos ha dado consejos para movernos por la isla y ha resuelto cualquier duda que hemos tenido inmediatamente.

- Горячая вода из бойлера, объём которого маловат для такого такого дома. Нужно сильно экономить горячую воду, чтобы все 6 человек смогли помыться с головой после моря. Слишком хорошая слышимость вокруг- слышно любой ремонт в округе и разговоры людей. Но это особенности местности, там слишком тихо вечерами и ночами.
+ Очень чистое, приятное место. Хозяин очень гостеприимный, доброжелательный. Ждал нас сколько нужно без проблем из-за задержки в аэропорту. Встретил улыбкой и пирогом. На столе нас ждали свежие фрукты, а в холодильнике вино, пиво, вода. Все подробно рассказал. Дом очень интересный, в местных традициях. Сам дом двухэтажный, но сдаётся только первый этаж. Отличный внутренний двор с садом и барбекю. Много разнообразной посуды, большой холодильник. Отличный интерьер.
