It is a detached villa located in one of the few quiet areas that remain in Mallorca: Colonia de Sant Pere, located in the Bay of Alcudia surrounded by the mountains of Farrutx. It has four bedrooms, two with double beds of 180x200, one with two single beds 90x200, and another with double bed of 150x190, which can accommodate up to eight people, and could even use the sofa bed located in the living room to increase the capacity. There are two full bathrooms, one of them with bathtub, and there is also an outside solar shower. It is located approximately 300 mts. The area surrounded by mountains, invites you to enjoy the sea as well as excursions in the countryside and the mountains.
