Welcome to Casa Vista Coco, your ideal holiday home in Colonia Sant Pere, a hidden gem on the north-east coast of Mallorca. This charming detached house can accommodate up to 5 people and is only around 720 meters from the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.
The accommodation
The house has two spacious double bedrooms (with air conditioning), which are equipped with comfortable beds and stylish furnishings. A child-friendly bedroom with a bunk bed is available for families with children (without air conditioning). We want to make sure every guest feels at home, so all types of towels are provided, including kitchen towels, bath towels and even beach towels.
Are you traveling with a small child? No problem! We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge.
Casa Vista Coco offers numerous terraces where you can spend unforgettable hours. The terrace behind the house opens onto a well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. But the highlight is undoubtedly the roof terrace, which is equipped with a shady chill-out lounge. From here you can admire the panoramic views of the sparkling sea and majestic mountains. It is the perfect place to experience the sunset with a glass of wine and create unforgettable moments.
Colonia Sant Pere itself is a quaint and authentic village, off the beaten tourist track.The marina, just a short walk away, offers opportunities to enjoy fresh fish and spectacular sunsets over the sea. The surrounding area of Colonia Sant Pere is a paradise for nature and water sports lovers, with hiking trails along the coast and activities such as sailing, diving and kayaking.
The village is also home to charming shops selling local products and crafts, as well as a weekly market where you can discover fresh food and regional delicacies.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over.
It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT)

Ein bisschen Farbe an der Fassade wäre nett und es ein Treppengeländer wäre von Vorteil. Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Der Geruch im Haus war etwas muffig und wir haben es als sehr unangenehm empfunden. Es fehlt ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Wenn Nachts das Hundequartett anfängt ist es sehr störend. Gute Nachbarn und alles ruhig und still, also gut zum erholen. Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen im Ort. Wohlfühlfaktor super und somit insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Zu Anfang direkt: Wir waren noch nie vorher in einem Ferienhaus auf Mallorca, das uns so gut gefallen hat.
Die Übergabe fand direkt mit den Besitzern statt. Beide sprachen kaum Englisch oder Deutsch und wir leider kein Spanisch. Dennoch haben wir alles sehr gut verstanden, was sie uns gezeigt haben. Es standen auch leckere Kleinigkeiten bereit, u.a. Orangen aus ihrem Garten. Außerdem zeigte sich, das Herzlichkeit wenig Worte braucht :) das Haus war blitzsauber, in der Küche war alles (und noch viel mehr) vorhanden, was man so braucht. Weitere positive Aspekte:
- gemütliche Betten, schön dicke Matratzen,
- es blieb im Haus auch bei hohen Temperaturen recht kühl,
- tolle Dusche, auch tolle Gartendusche,
- nicht einsehbarer Garten,
- tolle Terrassen,
- angenehme Gartenliegen,
- Hängematte,
- toller Ausblick in jede Richtung,
- Haus in einer ruhigen Straße, wenig touristisch,
- Sandspielzeug plus Sonnenschirme mit UV-Schutz vorhanden,
- Kuscheltiere im Kinderzimmer,
- guter Geruch (klingt komisch, aber manche Häuser in Spanien müffeln aus verschiedenen Gründen),
- dicke Wände, bzw. geräuschundurchlässige Zimmertüren, was gut ist, wenn das Kind schon schläft und man nicht nur flüstern möchte,
- usw.
Wir haben uns auch über den Katzenbesuch am Haus gefreut.
Zur Nachbarschaft: Man sollte wissen, das man nicht in eine einsame Berghütte fährt. Wir kommen vom Dorf und dort im Ferienhaus ist es teilweise ruhiger als hier. Aber man hört natürlich Nachbarn und Hunde. Und natürlich auch manchmal zu späteren Zeiten, als in Deutschland. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Ich habe mit Oropax dennoch ungestört mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Für uns war das Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Es ist ein nettes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung mit drei Terrassen und schönem Ausblick, besonders von der Dachterrasse.

Ein älteres Haus, sauber, zweckmässig. Dachterrasse und Rückgarten haben Charme. Der Rest weniger (Wohnviertel, Vorgarten, ...). Nette Vermieter ohne jegliche Komplikationen, Haus ist mit Grundausstattung versehen.
