Excellent location, clean room, very comfortable bed and good to have a fridge.
Available wardrobe space. Space under the hanging rail was not long enough for trousers.

The room was comfortable and well equipped for our short stay. The location was excellent, very near the town centre and the Dee river but a street or two away from the noise and crowds.
Parking was a minor pain but it was mitigated by the fact that there were car parks nearby and Kirstin provided a permit so we could park free of charge.. The unrestricted parking spaces on the street were taken so it was necessary to use a car park though it was possible to drop of luggage at the Holt before parking in the car park.

Location was fantastic, very clean and in quiet road, bed was so comfortable
One small little thing, to have an amazing walk in shower but only have a shower with a poor pressure output, let the bathroom down slightly
