It’s a long way from Sydney but I’d love to come back one day.

The amount of space was wonderful. The bedding was comfortable and the location was fabulous. The contacts at the property were lovely and helpful.

Ideal for a short break in Llangollen!

Ideal location for the local area. Just a few minutes walk to town yet on a really quiet street. Everything provided that we could need... no kitchen (as advised) but a kettle, fridge & microwave so not a problem. Especially appreciated the electric blanket as it did turn chilly on a couple of nights. Loved the Welsh Cakes too!

Another packet of Welsh cakes, please, as they were delicious! :)

A very pleasant stay for our short break to visit the Eisteddfod. It was good to meet Kristin our holt too

Location was wonderful. The wetroom was large with purposeful supplies. Plentiful towels. The tea & coffee making amenities were excellent and the milk in the fridge and packet of Welshcakes were much appreciated on arrival.

An improvement would have been a microwave and / or a toaster in order to have a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day. Having to purchase all meals out every day was very costly. It wasn’t ideal that we could not park ‘on site’ but the parking disc was greatly appreciated and the car was only parked a short distance away in a car park down the road a little way.

Very enjoyable stay, and I will certainly be back!

A really nice and spacious room in an excellent location with good facilities and very comfortable. You can be on the river in seconds and the town centre and Aldi are a five minute walk. Kristin was very welcoming and helpful.

Parking in the street is hit and miss and seeing as it's a cul-de-sac, it's fairly tight to turn. However, Kristin does provide a permit the use in a couple of the local car parks which is great

Nice place great location

Nice clean room, very basic but had most things needed for a short stay, comfy bed heating was adequate, nice big bathroom, shower was hot. Could have done with blackout blinds as there are a lot of windows so very bright early in the morning. Good communication with owner very helpful, and there was Welsh tea cakes on arrival nice touch

The location was perfect for what we were looking for and the flat itself was clean and very presentable.everything was there what you needed to have a home from home experience.we would definitely stay there again.

The floors were cold to walk on bare footed, the rugs that were placed around the bed are very slippy (had to move them) the electric heaters where on timers and couldn't adjust the bathroom one, shower not very powerful at all, the TV is too small and the Freeview box reset on us on both nights we where there,a musty smell on entering the property, nothing a few plug in fresheners wouldn't sort out. Didn't agree with taking our bedding off at the end of our stay and put in black bin bag, although it was asked on the information sheet you then feel obliged to do it. All the above can be rectified and wouldn't stop us staying there again. Ps. forgot to mention parking on Princess St is hit and miss but it is free parking also there's a disc in the flat for free parking on market st car park which is good.

Great location, plenty of space for a couple, friendly host and good facilities

Lack of windows and light. For privacy it’s necessary to close all the blinds to the front and there are no windows at the back. Felt a bit dark and musty. Would be a good idea to replace the small double bed with a new kingsize bed and mattress for a more comfortable stay for guests

2 nights in Llangollen

Location was superb. Llangollen is simply lovely, and we were lucky with the weather.The apartment was well equipped and our host, whom we met briefly, was friendly. We were lucky enough to be able to park outside the property for our 2 nights stay. There are so many attractions and lovely walking nearby that we didn't do our intended drive around northwest Wales.

Bathroom was "accessible" for wheelchair users, but this included the bathroom sink being rather too low. The towel rail was supposed to heat up morning and night, but did not seem to come on at all. The bed base had rather soft springs, and as the bed was small, was difficult to turn over without bouncing the other occupant. Small things really and not worth worrying about for a short stay.
