Fantastic weekend with friends

Beautiful cottage, well equipped, fab location for the town, railway and canal.

Dropping off luggage was a challenge as we couldn’t find anywhere very close to unload.

A little gem of a cottage, highly recommend

Such a lovely cottage, in a perfect location and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and all extra such as the body wash, shampoo and a well equipped kitchen made this stay great, its a little gem.

Its an old building and we loved the original features however some draft profing needed around the doors. We also found the lane to be rather dark, a security light would have been ideal.

Wonderful cottage right in the town

Location was brilliant for the town and whilst there is no parking the car park is no distance. Lovely cottage with everything you need and the fire was wonderful.

A Cosey night away

Property was in a beautiful location right in the heart of the town. A Lovely cosey little place which sat in an area with ease off access to everything. Me and my Misses had a lovely night away here and will surely be coming back again, the property felt like a home away from home and had everything that could need and want.

Only negative was parking, but that is a minimal thing considering the perfection of everything else.

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location, 1 minute walk to pubs, shops and restaurants! Walks right on your doorstep too to the Horse Shoe Pass and Aqua-duct!

Only thing i could mention is the telly, very small and sound not great! Not a big deal as out all day but when watching a film in front of the cosy fire in the evening it was just so small and muffled sound! Everything else was perfect!! X

What a find!

Excellent communication from Kelly and Mark, a warm and cosy cottage with very comfortable beds. The fire was lit ready for our arrival which was a really lovely touch.

What a fabulous little gem of a property! Cosy, compact and everything you'd need for a break away. Mark & Kelly were brilliant as hosts!

Everything was perfect! Only slight negative is there is no parking on site but there is ample parking around 100 yards down the road so no big deal tbh.

Perfect escape from reality, highly recommend.

Location was perfect and the cottage was lovely, well maintained and clean. The hosts Mark & Kelly were also super helpful and answered any questions we had with quick responses. Perfect little mini break for a couple needing that all important kid free time. Will definitely be returning 😁

Location is very central.

Boiler pressure was too low to come on, and I had to open the stuff valve on the back room radiator as it was too cold. Real fire was also too Smokey to use - which I know they were going to fix.

Perfect short stay spot in beautiful Llangollen

Very quaint cottage in a quiet location. Mark told us he is fitting a new woodburner which is a good idea as the stove smoked a lot until it really warmed up. Fortunately it wasn’t a cold night so we could keep the door open.

The beds in the other bedroom are perfect for kids but a tad uncomfortable for adults. Still slept well

Perfect cottage in a lovely location

The cottage was in a perfect location for the town, a few minutes walk away, it has all the amenities you need and was extremely clean and welcoming. The hosts Mark and Kelly were so accommodating and their communication was brilliant. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little cottage

The cottage was lovely and clean, the kitchen was great, the beds were very comfortable with clean linen and plenty of towels provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Abbey cottage, thank you 😊

Clean n comfortable . The proprietors were great n always on hand if we needed help with anything.A short walk down the ally n we were in town.Beautiful little cottage with the sound of the river at night.

Great location, wonderful host, enjoyed our stay!

The Kitchen was updated nicely and well stocked. The proximity to the bus stop, the town, and the horse drawn boat rides was excellent. The host communicated really well and was helpful!

Great location and cozy

It’s in a super location just opposite to the bridge and train. Great communication with hosts. Tea and coffee provided. There are even games in the house to entertain my boy which is an extra. Check out time at 11am is perfect for us

A bit of cracking noice on stairs, perhaps it’s normal with this kind of cottage. No parking though but there are street parking nearby which is free 5pm-9am
