We loved the spacious rooms, which were very comfortable for our family. The beautiful swimming pool and basketball court were also great facilities that made our stay more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The rooms did not appear to have been properly inspected before our arrival. We found a stained pillow, the bathroom sink was blocked because a bottle cap had been left inside it, the hot water was not working properly, and the water dispenser could not draw water even though the bottle was still partly full. The washing machine was another problem. After washing our clothes, they came out with an unpleasant smell. Providing a washing machine is pointless if guests’ clothes smell worse after using it. The appliance should be regularly cleaned, maintained, and checked. We booked three rooms for six people, yet we were provided with only four Nespresso capsules—and two of them were decaffeinated. Were we supposed to fight over the two regular coffees? This was unbelievable. For an accommodation intended for six guests, the quantity of coffee, water, dishwasher supplies, laundry products, and other amenities should reflect the number of people staying. Although the staff eventually addressed some of the issues, we should not have had to ask for everything repeatedly. When a property provides amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso machine, it must also provide enough supplies for the registered number of guests. The purpose of these facilities is to make the stay more convenient, not to create additional frustration. The property itself is spacious and offers an enjoyable swimming pool and basketball court, but the housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to detail did not meet the standards expected from a residence of this level. A thorough inspection before guests arrive and better consideration of the actual number of occupants are absolutely necessary.
