relaxing few days by the lake in winter

Beautiful location, but the cabins are not suitable for families

The hotel area is beautifully designed and the nearby lake is stunning and worth visiting. The cabins themselves are relatively new, well-maintained, and clean. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming during our arrival.

The cabins are too small and basic for a family of five. There was no Wi-Fi in the cabin, and the shower water pressure was very weak. Also, the lack of soundproofing was a major issue; being so close to the road, the traffic noise made it impossible to sleep, especially with the NYE fireworks.

Short romantic stay

The hotel was super easy to find. Had a big parking area, which was locked. The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Our room was amazing and we had a nice view at the lake, which was only couple Meters away from the hotel. The hotel also offers breakfast with big choice of different food. We used the opportunity to eat in the hotel restaurant for dinner and the food was very tasty. I was very happy with our stay and would definitely come back

nice hotel but not for sleeping….

the room was beautiful and the jacuzzi was amazing! dinner at the restaurant was very nice. the hotel is right by the lake and the view is gorgeous.

we couldn’t get any sleep!!! the hotel was super noisy at night. people in the room next to us made lots of noise, running up and down the stairs till 5 am, slamming doors and making chaos. while i understand that it’s not the hotel fault, i do expect them to do something about it!! it’s a very pricey hotel so i expected more….

Luckliy a short stay.

Very nice receptionists and helpful staff. Beautiful lake a stone throw away. Nice comfy furniture. Pleanty of room for parking. Easy access. Birds singing during breakfast. Nice addition.

Overpriced for the quality. The food nice in the restaurant but prices at least 20-30% too high. Location actually not very nice considering surrounding properties. Noise penetration between roms and poorly ventilated kitchen - oil smell allroaround.

they lock the door to the restaurant side, in case of fire on the night entrance part, you would stuck there and rip 🪦 we had to have a breakfast at seven and stayed outside 10 minutes at -9 degrees. I stayed there 3 times and always chosen, but this time I was very disappointed.

AVOID AVOID. Its bad

This was such an unpleasant stay anything good disappeared

The hotel does not answer repeated emails or messages before arrival. I should have cancelled. On arrival, I was ignored by 3 people. I started to look for someone else as I imagined they were guests. But one came up eventually. SO unwelcoming. He took me to a room without windows that could not be seen out of. I am 6 feet tall and even standing on the table or the bed or chair. It was still impossible. VERY claustrophobic. Really horrible. I returned to reception but was refused another room with normal windows even though it appeared empty and I only saw one other guest. I also had to stand on the bed to close the blinds on the skylight windows.At 80 years old, I really or anyone else should not be doing it! The massive double bed looked good. But it only has a SINGLE sheet spread across horizontally and the second half of the bed was covered by a single decorative "throw" also horizontal!! An experience I never want again. Ruined my time and as it was wet weather it was important to see out to see if it was raining! AVOID AVOID

Good Hotel with great look from outside but needs a little bit of love in the inside.

The apartments were very clean. The Lake “Miedwie” was nice and at the evening a little romantic. 1 Person speaks Polish 1 Person speaks Polish and English 1 Person speaks Polish, English and German

We first had a room where the air conditioning system made extremely loud noises during the night and made a bang every 15-20 minutes. Because of this we couldn't sleep. We then decided on another room, which was kindly offered to us. However, this was smaller than the previous one and would therefore also have been cheaper. We were not informed of this. We were still happy, because there were no annoying noises. The restaurant is furnished in a very old-fashioned way (a matter of taste) and the breakfast wasn't very varied.

Very pleasant setting, by the lake, well kept surroundings with pretty garden all round. Good sized parking. Staff very helpful and attentive. Comfy bed, no noise outside, peaceful.

Very friendly staff and very nice location on the lake. Very nice to go for a walk. Good food in the restaurant.

We had a room under the roof with only roof/Velux windows so we couldn't look outside. But we had booked the cheapest room category at a very reasonable price, so that was absolutely acceptable for us!

Disappointing

Fantastic location, great cook 👍👏

Chaotic service in the restaurant. After 30 minutes of waiting for any reaction of the waiters we had to go to the counter and order ourselves. No possibility to sleep until 4 a.m. The hotel "forgot" to tell us that they were hosting a wedding party downstairs. Despite closing the windows for the night it was impossible to sleep.

Very nice hotel with excellent restaurants, one of the best I've eaten in Poland. Staff very friendly. Location is quiet and in the summer time very cosy. Rooms are superb!

Napewno wrócę, bo bywam często w okolicy.

Lokalizacja i pomoc Pani z recepcji. Brawo za dbanie o bezpieczeństwo dzieci (wypełnienie dok dotyczącego opieki nad nieletnim) wymóg „ ustawy Kamilkowej. ” choć nie poczułem się komfortowo jako tata, wiem że to dla tego że są ludzie, którzy krzywdzą dzieci. Pierwszy raz spotkałem się że hotel tego wymaga. Mój brak komfortu to nic przy cierpieniu skrzywdzonych dzieci.

Nie doczyszczona toaleta, brudna z zewnątrz muszla klozetowa, nie działający dozownik z mydłem pod prysznicem. To na minus.

Idyllische Auszeit für die ganze Familie!

Die Lage am See ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein eingezäunter Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren bereits zwei mal hier und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Beleuchtung von außen dringt ins Zimmer, trotz zugezogener Vorhänge. Mein Mann ist da etwas empfindlich - aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Obiekt nad samym jeziorem, z bardzo dobrą restaurację. Przestronny pokój z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. czysto i schludnie oraz nowocześnie ale z klimatem. To z pewnością najlepsze miejsce na nocleg w okolicy
