Easy to collect the keys from the post box. Good and quick communication from the host.
There was not enough toilet paper for 5 nights family of 4) but I asked for more and host brought it to the flat next day.
Please be aware that they have washing machine but not washing podwer.
Otherwise it was a nice stay with all you need including air conditioner, Kettle, TV etc (host left coffee for us which it was very much appreciated)
Check out is quite late and check in quite early..
Few steps to go up as this is a second floor
Parking spot is right by the gate although is a bit tight because normally neighbor parks right next to you.

L’appartement est spacieux, dans un quartier tranquillle.
Le gros point positif: la place de parking au pied devant la grille d’entrée.
Le seul petit problème que nous avons eu c’est que nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir les volets de la chambre. Je n’ai pas voulu embêter le propriétaire donc on a laissé comme ça.
Sinon tout était parfait

Perfectly equipped apartment, not a single little thing was missing. Everything was thought of during the furnishing. The apartment is fresh, extra clean, air-conditioned.
Andrea provided great recommendations for restaurants, beaches, willing to help with any question or request.
The apartment is located 30 minutes by walk from the city center.
